Shipping policy

Within the UK delivery can be expected within 2 to 5 working days, within the EU 4 to 6 working days and elsewhere in the world it can be expected within 6 to 8 working days.

In the extremely rare case of an order not being received, we will at our discretion send a replacement.  In order for us to do so, we require the buyer to pay for tracked postage for any possible replacement.  A cost will need to be obtained from us first.  As a guide within the UK this is usually around £1.95 extra, outside the UK the cost is around £9.00 extra.

Orders are usually sent out around 7am the day following placement of order to the address provided by the payment gateway, however the sent status will not be updated until around 9pm that evening.  Where the address on the website order differs to the payment gateway, we reserve the right to choose where the order is sent to.
